Razer has had a longstanding tradition of announcing joke products as April Fool’s pranks. This year is no different, with the introduction of the Razer Skibidi, a headset with brainrot translating capabilities.
Powered by Razer AI Gamer Copilot, the headset boasts the ability to translate voice chats in real time. On the product promo page, Razer states that the Razer Skibidi is “optimized for the de-evolution of speech”, allowing users to understand Gen Z slang.

The name of the headset originates from Skibidi Toilet, a YouTube show that became popular among Gen Alpha. The word skibidi has no meaning, but has become a meme among younger Internet users.
Razer claims the headset will be “soon available with toilets”, which is an obvious reference to the meme’s origins. Razer also warns users to stop using the headset and seek medical attention if they exhibit signs of brainrot.

The page advertising Razer Skibidi also features a functional English to brainrot and brainrot to English translator. Unlike the Razer Skibidi, the brainrot translator is real and can be accessed by pressing the translate now button on the bottom right corner of the page.
