You Can Prebook The Honda e:N1 Starting Today

by Kris

Honda Malaysia is officially taking preorders for its e:N1 BEV, starting today. The battery electric vehicle can be prebook in one of two ways: through the official prebooking page or using the HondaTouch app.

The e:N1 first broke cover in Malaysia during last year’s KLIM 2024 motorshow and marked the Japanese automotive brand’s first entry of an electric vehicle into the country. The e:N1 shares its design and dimensions with the popular Honda HR-V, effectively serving as its electric counterpart. Built on Honda’s e:N Architecture F platform, the e:N1 retains the HR-V’s silhouette while adopting EV-specific features such as a closed-off grille with an integrated charging port, L-shaped front bumper trim, and flat white Honda badging. The crossover rides on 18-inch two-tone alloy wheels with 225/50R18 tyres.

A 68.8 kWh battery powers the BEV, offering a driving range of up to 412 km on the WLTP standard (500 km under NEDC). Charging is efficient, with support for 78 kW DC fast charging, allowing a 10-80% charge in 45 minutes. Alternatively, 11 kW AC charging takes six hours for a full recharge.

Interested parties who prebook should get the BEV sometime within Q2 2025. The only detail missing is the price of the EV and Honda hasn’t shared that particular detail in full.
