Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Might Come With Exynos 2400e Chip

Samsung is reportedly working on its Galaxy S25 FE, and might be launching it at the end of this year, at the earliest. This would make it the newest addition to the Galaxy S25 series, which currently includes the S25, Plus, and Ultra models. There is also the S25 Edge, which was initially set to launch sometime this month, but has since been postponed to sometime in the next following months.

According to Android Authority, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE may come equipped with the brand’s own Exynos 2400e chipset. This information was apparently obtained from “reliable sources” which provided a list of codenames the brand reportedly uses for its devices. As per the sources, it is assumed that the company is working on the S25 FE, and it will have the same chip as the S24 FE, which it is slated to succeed.

For now, the other specifications for the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE remains unknown, so it’s unclear if there will be any further similarities to the phone that came before. For context, the current FE device has a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen, an aluminium build, and is powered by a 4,700mAh battery. Camera-wise, it has a triple setup with a 50MP primary, 12MP ultra-wide, and 8MP sensor at the back, and a 10MP selfie shooter at its front.

Additionally, the source also indicate that the upcoming, India-exclusive M36 5G may come bearing the Exynos 1380 processor. However, this, along with the assumed chipset on the S25 FE, should be perceived with scepticism.
