Alleged NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Specs Leak; 16GB And 8GB GDDR7 Configurations

by Thora.Hansen

Popular leakster Kopite7kimi, known more commonly as Kopite, recently made a post, alleging specifications details of the yet unreleased NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti. Not only that, they also posted the alleged specs of an RTX 5050.

Starting with the alleged RTX 5060 Ti specs, the mid-range Blackwell GPU will supposedly feature a GB206-300-A1 GPU, 4,608 CUDA cores, either 16GB or 8GB GDDR7 graphics memory, a 128-bit memory bus, and a 180W TGP. That last bit about TGP matching up with an earlier rumour. For that matter, its PCB is listed as PG152-SKU10 and SKU15.

RTX 5060 Ti notwithstanding, Kopite also made a post regarding the RTX 5050. Interestingly enough, the entry-level GPU uses a similar PCB, albeit with a smaller GB207-300-A1 GPU.

Other specifications of the RTX 5050 include 2,560 CUDA Cores, a 128-bit memory bus, and possibly 8GB GDDR6 graphics memory. This configuration makes more sense, as initial rumours regarding NVIDIA’s lower-tier GPUs expected to be fitted with the slower GDDR6 memory. Oh, and the TGP is expected to be 130W.

As for when we can expect this, the RTX 5060 Ti and RTX 5050 are expected to make their debut either in April or May. However, it’s best to take this with the usual surgeon general’s warning of salt. As it stands, NVIDIA has yet to even say anything as well.
