Xiaomi has officially launched the Mijia Smart Audio Glasses 2, the successor to its original smart glasses from 2023. The new smart wearable now comes with a slimmer design with better weight distribution, five frame options, and better audio performance.
The Mijia Smart Audio Glasses 2 has thinner temple arms measuring at just 5mm with a total weight of only 27.6g. For durability, the frame has a piano steel flexible hinge that is 70% smaller that allows for single-handed lens swapping. It is offered in metal aviator, hybrid browline, classic Boston, hybrid aviator, and deep-space titanium styles.

For audio, it claims to offer improved volume as well as better noise reduction, with a microphone array that enhances call clarity and reduces sound leakage. Moreover, it features a one-touch recording feature for voice notes with a notification light to address privacy concerns.
Xiaomi claims that the Smart Audio Glasses 2 can deliver up to 12 hours of music playback and 12 days of standby time, with a 10-minuted charge providing four hours of listening time. Durability-wise, it gets an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance. The brand has yet to announce global availability for the new smart glasses.
