OPPO has recently unveiled two new additions to its product lineup in China: the Pad 5 Android tablet and the Watch S smartwatch. These were announced alongside the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro smartphones.
The Pad 5 features a 12.1-inch LCD display with a resolution of 3000 × 2120 pixels, a 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 900 nits of brightness. Under the hood, it runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset with an Immortalis G925 MC12 GPU, up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.
For imaging, the tablet houses an 8MP rear camera and another 8MP front-facing unit for selfies and video calls. Powering it is a 10,420mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging. The device measures just 5.99mm thick and weighs 577g. It also includes six speakers for enhanced audio performance and runs on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. Available colour options include Lucky Purple, Galaxy Silver, and Space Gray.
Meanwhile, the OPPO Watch S comes with a 1.46-inch circular AMOLED display that offers a 464 × 464 resolution and an impressive peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The smartwatch measures 8.9mm thick and weighs only 35g without the strap.
The Watch S is powered by a BES2800BP chipset and comes with 4GB of internal storage. It packs a 330mAh battery that is rated to last up to 10 days per charge. It includes several health-focused sensors such as a heart rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, ECG reader, and wrist temperature tracker. Connectivity options include dual-band GPS and Bluetooth 5.2, while the watch runs on ColorOS Watch 7.1.
The OPPO Pad 5 begins at CNY2,599 (~RM1,540) for the 8GB + 128GB version, scaling up to CNY3,599 (~RM2,130) for the 16GB + 512GB configuration. The Watch S starts at CNY1,299 (~RM770) for the Rhythmic Silver and Racing Black options, while the Vibrant Green model costs CNY1,499 (~RM890). Unlike the Find X9 series, OPPO has yet to announce any global availability details for either the Pad 5 or the Watch S.
