The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 has been subject to various rumours and leaks. This time, a rumour says the upcoming book-style foldable will be thinner than its predecessor and sport bigger displays.
X user @TheGalox_ shared a post detailing the specifications of the Galaxy Z Fold7, including some new information along with details covered in previous leaks. Most notably, the allegedly upcoming Samsung foldable is said to feature a thinner body at 4.5mm unfolded, and will reportedly also feature an 8-inch inner display and a 6.5-inch outer display.

The post also mentions an upgraded under-display selfie camera, plus a stronger display with new layers, although what the latter entails is unclear. The Fold7 will also allegedly come with improved water and dust resistance, as well as a smaller crease.
This new leak also supports a previous rumour that the phone will feature a 200MP main camera like the one in the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Beyond that, the Fold7 is expected to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy SoC. It will reportedly ship with One UI 8 right out the gate.

While it seems the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 will be getting a lot of upgrades compared to the Fold6, it’s hard to say how accurate the rumours are, and we’ll only know for sure once Samsung officially reveals the foldable. It is expected to be released sometime in July with the Galaxy Z Flip7.
