ASUS officially launched its new ROG NUC 2025 for the “small form factor” gaming PC market today. Like its predecessor, this NUC is chock-full with the latest components the current market has to offer.
Off the bat, the CPU is an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor from the blue chipmaker’s Arrow Lake HX (ARL-HX) mobile family, which we’re assuming is the CU9 285H. The GPU fitted inside is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 laptop GPU, with 16GB GDDR7 of graphics memory. Meanwhile, the memory configuration of this system comes with a base 16GB DDR5-6400 but can be increased to 96GB and supports Intel XMP 3.0 memory as well. Oh, and it comes with 1TB of PCIe 4.0 storage as well but can be increased to 2TB.

Ports-wise, the front I/Os include a USB-C 3.2 Gen2 and two USB-A 3.2 10Gbps ports. Around the back, the ROG NUC is equipped with a Thunderbolt 4 USB-C port with support for DisplayPort 2.1, four USB-A 3.2 10Gbps, two HDMI 2.1 FRL ports, two DisplayPort 2.1 ports, a LAN port, and the DC-in port for the power adapter this NUC comes with.
At the time of writing, Asus Malaysia did not specify local availability or pricing for the ROG NUC.
